Organising

Nexavers gives you several ways to bring order to a growing library — combine them however suits how you work.

Folders

Folders can be nested as deeply as you like, coloured, and reordered by dragging. Archiving a folder hides it and its contents from view, but keeps everything intact and restorable at any time.

Tags

Create tags on the fly as you apply them, with no separate management step. A file can carry as many tags as you like.

Search and filters

Search covers file names, tags and notes at once. On top of that, filter by file type, size, rating and date.

Views

Choose between a grid view with a zoom slider, a list view, and a justified view that packs images edge to edge at their true aspect ratio.

Groups and favourites

Bundle related files into a group and reorder them by dragging. Mark important files as a favourite, or give them a star rating from 0 to 5.

Acting on several files at once

Select multiple files and a set of bulk actions becomes available: tag, move, group, favourite, delete or convert.

Keyboard shortcuts

Common actions have keyboard shortcuts, so you can move through the library without reaching for the mouse.
